Once approved, we’ll keep your trade details on file so future purchases are easier to process.

3. Source Pieces

Browse new arrivals online, request early previews, or email us directly when you are sourcing for a specific project.

4. Request an Invoice

Send us the pieces you would like to purchase. We’ll apply your trade discount, tax exemption, confirm availability, and prepare an invoice.

5. We Handle the Logistics

We’ll help confirm the best path for local pickup, Chicago-area delivery, national furniture shipping, or consolidated shipments and help coordinate the logistics.

6. Delivery

We work with vetted shipping & delivery partners to ship across the country, or deliver locally with white-glove service. We also work with receiving warehouses for larger purchases.

A word from our partners

"We are beyond impressed with our experience with Miscellanea, etc. Running an interior design studio that relies on eclectic and rare finds means we are constantly juggling vendors and complex logistics. This was, hands down, the most seamless procurement process we have encountered.

From their deep product knowledge and quick responses to their meticulous logistics and thoughtful packing, Lauren and Michael clearly have a passion for their craft. Every item in our large shipment was exactly as portrayed—a high standard of consistency that we truly appreciate. The fair pricing is simply the icing on the cake. We look forward to visiting the showroom in person soon, but in the meantime, we’ll be frequenting their beautiful site!"

Support for One-of-a-Kind Sourcing

A styled collection of vintage brass and pewter home decor, including a tall slender vase, a candle holder with a taper candle, a matching pedestal candle holder, a large decorative bowl, and a textured metal pitcher, arranged on a warm cream background.

We take care of the details.

Vintage moves differently than traditional retail. Pieces are one-of-a-kind, availability can shift quickly, and furniture often requires a more considered shipping plan.

We’re here to make that process easier. Trade members can reach out for scale notes, condition questions, additional photos, hold requests, shipping estimates, and project-specific support before purchasing.

We make shipping & logistics painless.

We also help coordinate consolidated shipments. If you are sourcing several pieces over the course of a month, we can hold approved purchases and arrange one shipment when possible.

Local designer perks

Local trade members are welcome to visit the Showroom and Warehouse by trade appointment. The showroom is styled like a lived-in apartment so you can see scale, material, and pairings in context, while the warehouse offers a wider look at fresh arrivals and additional inventory.
